My leadership skills are not just theoretical; they're enriched by real-world applications from areas like community safety, training development, and emergency response and embodies the triumphs and challenges of law enforcement leadership firsthand.
I have a B.A. in Criminology and M.Ed. in Vocational Education Administration and Supervision, and have been honored to receive multiple awards for service excellence, including "Deputy of the Year," "Deputy of the Month," and "Unit of the Year." My teaching performance has also been celebrated with outstanding instructional performance awards.
